Macon County Soccer Club Minutes

July 2006

Present:  Matt Bullis, Jason Casada, Frank Cline, Mathew Maple, Beth Seay, Bill Balog, Christy Weller, Mark Apel

Minutes from previous meeting were reviewed and a motion was made by Jason and seconded by Matthew to approve the minutes.

Risk Mangagement:  All board members and challenge coaches must do risk management online.  Have to figure out how to pay for it.

Irrigation:  Continues to be a problem.  Flowtronex approved by motion by Matt and second by Bill to try and get pump station operational. 

Uniroyal program certificates to coaches at coaching meeting.

Beth Seay approved as new PR person for board motion by Matt, Christy second.

Fall Season dates approved:      Round robin festival August 20

                                                Games 8/27, 9/10, 9/17, 9/24, 10/1, 10/8

                                                Rain makeup date 10/15

                                                Tournament 10/22 and 10/29

Barry is trying to arrange referee certification class through state.

Jason is trying to arrange coaching clinics through state.

Coach meeting and roster/uniroyal certificates distribution August 5^th .

Picture day needs to be set.  One Saturday for team pics and makeup day.  Highlands pictures in Highlands.

Games to be played in Highlands U5, U6, U7, U9, U13 on Saturday late afternoon and under lights.  Need to make sure we have refs. 

Soccer Camp three year renewal,  motion Matt second Christy

U7 division:  No goalies but will use no touch arc for games and referees for games.
