September 13th is Western Carolina Youth Soccer Night

Catamount Soccer and Western Carolina Athletics celebrates National Youth Soccer Month on September 13th as the Catamounts host Western Kentucky at 7pm. In September 2013, the National Youth Soccer Month campaign celebrates its eleventh year of educating the public about the joys, rewards and benefits of playing youth soccer, and offers a variety of resources to learn more about youth soccer and get involved.

The Catamounts are inviting surrounding club teams to participate in several activities. They will be giving away purple poms and Catamount team pictures before the game. Club teams can register to have reserved seating as a team, take part in a pre-game recognition, and players can be paired up with student-athletes to be ball boys/girls during the game. Teams can register to play in a scrimmage during halftime for prizes. Also, they will be having a post-game autograph session so kids can get autographs from all their favorite Catamount S
occer players.

Registration forms will be online on the WCU soccer website by August 26th for players to register for ball boys/girls. If your team is planning to attend and would like reserved seating, or to participate in halftime scrimmages, please use the contact form on this website to inquire. Catamount Soccer has free admission so please feel free to invite family and friends to the event!
